This week for math my goal is (Use a broad range of strategies to solve multiplication and division problems with whole numbers)
We did multiplication and division with decimals for the create I had to make a poster of me showing my learning.

Today I am going to be showing you my reading task for this week.the book we are reading is,Wind Chimer By Paul Manson and the illustrations by Matt Tait.
This book is about the voids the voids are this army type of thing were they have ruled Nz.
The main characters in the book are Tre and Muse these guys are looking for Tre parents.

Now Im going to be showing the work I have been doing.
We were looking for the 3 key ideas and and the relationships
in the text.

Hello,Welcome back to my blog today I am going to be telling you about my reading for this week.I know these reading task are getting kinda repetitive and I will try make my task more interesting.But now I am going its going to be the reading task.
For this week I had to choose which article I wanted to read,I choose and article could,
Christmas in Colombia.
The Goal for the workshop was.

Find ideas (or words, information, events) in the text that we already know about and use these to help us understand new ideas in the text.

Hello welcome back to my blog.Today I am telling you about my term 4 reading task.The goal for my workshop is,use questions to challenge the text, question the author, establish the authenticity of the text and state opinions.
For the goal we had to read two texts and try think which was real and what one was fake.
The texts we read were.News of a law that outlaws homework in Honduran schools.And what its like to go to school in st Lucia.

How we figured the real one from the fake.
in the article of St Lucia it comes from reliable source National geographic kids.The other one didn't came from a good source.Some other stuff we looked for spelling and that it made sense.



After some work I thought I would type the title in the google and it came up as fake news.

This week for reading I've been reading a book called DRUM ROLL PLEASE .............................. The Pink Umbrella ,by Lani Young.
Its a really good book about a boy called Sam who's Grandmother came to stay, Sam wasn't enjoying it because  his Grandmother wouldn't let him watch TV and instead of cold baked beans and burnt toast he would have Samoan food.The Goal that I have done is Identify several ideas, discuss the author's stance or purpose, and understand the relationships in text.

called MeMe who lives inside her phone.And Goes Crazy on Nina we her battery runs out.
