Its a really good book about a boy called Sam who's Grandmother came to stay, Sam wasn't enjoying it because his Grandmother wouldn't let him watch TV and instead of cold baked beans and burnt toast he would have Samoan food.The Goal that I have done is Identify several ideas, discuss the author's stance or purpose, and understand the relationships in text.

Hi Dylan, Im so glad that you enjoyed my story! When I first wrote it, Grandma actually whacked the bullies with her umbrella but my editor changed it because she said we probably shouldnt encourage young people to hit others! I agreed - but the grandmother in this story is based on my great auntie who was a tough and fierce woman and she most definitely would have whacked all those bullies with her umbrella lol.
